You give me sleepless nights

and hover over me with

your buzzing music and sharp bites

　

you do not let me be in peace

and feast on my blood

in a playful mood never to cease

　

and when, hey presto

I found the repellant to

chase you Ms.Mosquito !

Season of spring

and so the birds chirped happily

and the plants waved in joy

and the butterflies fluttered flashily

and the trees swayed to enjoy

coz it was the season of spring

coz love and cheer it would bring

FACADE

you masked your tears in that serene smile

and made everyone believe for a while

　

your happy face was for sure a facade

that hid many untold ballad

　

you burried your sorrow in constant chatters

and made no one suspect these banters

　

your silent ache in that roaring laughter

that hid the unsaid chapter



but you failed to realize that this

public facade cannot be a fact of life

Instant

In this age of instant noodles
and instant coffee,
to sever a relationship,
a relationship nurtured with
love and affection...
severing such a relationship
is also instant.

Fluffy clouds

The fluffy clouds bounced
and sailed slowly
coming down a little to
kiss the mountains
and then glide up softly

I would like to float in that
white kingdom up above
against the blue backdrop of the sky

the candy cottony clouds
gives me so much of joy
that I can gaze at it for ever

Awakening

When the breeze caressed her cheeks
and the smile brought a curve to her lips

when the birds chirped in joy
and created a symphony to enjoy

when the winds blew in trance
and made the trees dance

when the alarm went off in her berth
to bring her back to earth
An awakening to realize her dreams
