The waves bounce in rapture
with frenzied ecstasy & euphoric fervor
to caress the sand & rush back
to return boisterously in leaps & bounds

The wind blows in gaiety
with gusty exuberance & joyful madness
to cuddle the trees & make it sway
to the rhapsody of lilting breeze

Fairyland

I didn't wish to wake up from the slumber
the slumber that takes me to a dream world
the dream world that has my dear ones
my dear ones and me in a fairyland
in a fairyland having happy laughter
happy laughter that woke me from deep slumber
deep slumber that I didn't wish to wake up from
wake up I did, to the chortle of my dear ones
my dear ones who make this place a fairyland
